Bond Coat sprayer with Bitumen Joint Sealer featuring a service pod for Spray Tanker Services
Earlier this year we delivered the second of two identical top-of-the-line tack coat sprayers with Service stations to Spray Tanker Services Ltd. This cutting-edge machine includes a 3,000 litre Emulsion tank and an upgraded Bitumen Melter with super insulated walls, equipped with joint sealer arms on both sides of the truck.
The service station is a game-changer, featuring a 2,000 litre water tank with a high-speed hydraulically driven water pump capable of filling any machine on site in minutes at a rate of 250+ litres per minute. Additionally, it boasts 950 litres of diesel, a retractable reel with 10 metres of diesel delivery hose, and an automatic shut-off dispensing nozzle. The integration of a customer-supplied diesel dispensing system tied to their existing fuel management software ensures full traceability. All these functionalities are neatly housed in a 'Pod' with slide-out access steps and internal lighting.
