A recent handover is this very sharp looking Multi colour Bond Coater - Bitumen Joint sealer for McSweeney Bros of Cork.
This advanced machine features a 6,000-litre Emulsion tank and an upgraded Bitumen Melter with highly insulated walls, equipped with a joint sealer arm on the driver’s side of the truck all mounted on a used Scania G410 sourced by Unilok.
This machine will be used in asphalt pavement construction to both apply the bond coat between each layer of asphalt and to seal the joints /edges of the asphalt safely.

4.2m expandable spray bar with automatic flow rate and pressure control.
Updated Bitumen Melter with Super insulated walls reducing heating times.
